In June, we were fortunate enough to again work with Timebased Events, at Berkeley Square, London who were tasked with producing two high profile back-to-back events using the same temporary venue.
– The Glamour Women of the Year Awards and The London Real Estate Forum.

The second event was the London Real Estate Forum (LREF). This event is acknowledged as the premier real estate event in London and this year’s event has over 2,500 delegates in attendance while showcasing 100 projects from all over the capital and over 170 expert speakers.
LOCK5 were honoured to be involved in such great events for the fourth year running!
In the initial planning for the first event we had to fully understand how the temporary structure was going to be reconfigured for the second event to allow us to plan ahead and ‘build in’ items during the first installation. For the second event we manufactured and installed a bespoke 20m x 40m one piece, pitched, tack-off roof section, along with additional tack-off as well as installing our white stock roof linings.
